Free tuition & Promise programs in North Texas, TX (Class of 2027)

Several North Texas colleges and partnerships cover some or all of tuition for graduating seniors who complete a few steps — usually a pledge, a college application and the FAFSA/TASFA — by set dates. Most are “last-dollar”: they pay what is left after Pell, TEXAS Grant and other aid. Each program below is limited to certain high schools, counties or colleges, so check the eligibility line. 10 programs listed, each with its official source.

Dates marked “est.” are based on the prior cycle or an unconfirmed posting. Always confirm with the program or your school counselor.
