- Graduates of T3 partner ISD high schools who take the T3 Pledge, meet partner-college admission and FAFSA/TASFA deadlines and T3 financial eligibility. Pell or TEXAS Grant eligible (not required for TCC); TCC: Tarrant County resident, 9+ hours; 4-year partners: Texas resident, 12+ hours. Covers remaining tuition after other aid for up to 8 semesters (housing and books not included). A separate T3 First Dollar award ($250/semester) is offered at the 4-year partners.
